    How to Take？

    Swallow the capsule with at least 4 oz. of water or juice. Can be taken with or without food. If you are unable to swallow the capsule, open the capsule and mix contents into soft food (applesauce, yogurt, etc.) or beverage (water, juice, etc.). Do not mix into any carbonated, very hot (above 122°F) or alcohol-containing beverages. Consume within 30 minutes after mixing.

      It’s been a litttle over 3 weeks since I started using the Florastor daily probiotic supplements, and I can definitely feel a positive difference in my gut health.       I use 1 capsule in a 32 ounce jar of organic apple juice. The apple juice cannot have any preservatives. Empty the contents of the capsule into the jar of apple juice and in 72 hours you have a super high concentrate of saccharomyces boulardi. Keep the lid cracked while it fitments so gases can escape.
